Delivery & Returns

JB Watches offer free delivery on all orders within the UK

Delivery Notifications: You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been dispatched - this email contains the tracking number so you can track it online right to your door.

Delivery Time-scale: The delivery time-scale is specified on the product page to indicate when you will receive your order (does not include mobile version). We always aim to process every order within 24 hours after it has been placed. Next day delivery only applies for next working day and therefore if an order is placed on Friday, it will most likely be delivered on Monday. Orders will not be delivered during national holidays.

Express Delivery (1-2 days): We offer an express delivery option (£2.50) among other delivery methods, which stands for a not guaranteed next day delivery and therefore can take 1-2 days.

Next Day Delivery: All next day delivery orders placed before the cut-off time will be processed and despatched same day to be delivered the following business day.

Delivery cut-off time: All orders which are not placed before 2pm will only be dispatched the following business day.

International Deliveries: The delivery estimate on the product page does NOT apply for international deliveries. International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International, or private couriers such as FedEx or UPS and is usually £12.00 (depending on country) to most destinations, and the delivery timescale is a non-guaranteed 3 - 10 working days.

Customs Charges: In some cases, customers who apply for international delivery may be liable to the respective country's customs charge which they will have to pay themselves as JB Watches cannot take responsibility for such charges.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unwanted item(s) to us, as long as they are new and in their original packaging, for an exchange or a full refund.

If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact JB Watches within 7 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.

Under the United Kingdom's Long Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased using JB WATCHES and receive a full refund within 30 days.

  • When received, all returns are examined by no less than two members of staff in order to determine the condition of the item, the nature of the return request and the action to be taken.
  • As soon as this has been done, you will be contacted by a member of our staff who will inform you of the status of the return.
  • All returns are usually processed on the day they are received but please allow up to 7 days to process from the time the return was received.

Free UK Returns for faulty or unwanted items: For returns of faulty or unwanted items within 30 days of purchase please contact info@bjwatches.com for a pre-paid returns label to allow you to return the item at no extra cost. Please include your order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for wishing to return the item. All other returns are made at the customer's expense.

Faulty Item: We will always attempt to repair a faulty item in the first instance, and if this is not possible we will replace the item. If you believe the item(s) you have received to be faulty please contact info@jbwatches.com. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item to us if you believe it to be faulty when you receive it.

I received the wrong item: If the item you receive is not what you originally ordered, please contact info@jbwatches.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from the date of purchasing the item to return it to us.
